VICS Bill of Lading Bolt-On Software Solution

A super high end designer of today's top fashions and fragrances is using our VICS Bill of Lading software to print bills of lading for all of the top department stores. They are running it on an HP Unix platform with data from the Red Prairie WMS system. As you well know, many large retailers have either requested or required their vendors to use the VICS bill of lading. To ensure compliance, some of them dun their vendors for non-compliance in the form of a charge back. This is sort of like a penalty for hindering the retailer's efficiency. One Monday in August 2002, a gentleman from Genesco contacted us about our VICS Bill of Lading software with several questions.
